Because Your NoVA Neighbor operates on a Pay What You Want model, contributions are typically final and not expected to require refunds.

That said, I want neighbors to feel comfortable and confident.

If you made a contribution by check or card and would like to request a refund, I’m happy to review requests within 30 days of the service date. Refunds can only be issued for payments that have a clear transaction record.

Cash contributions are not eligible for refunds, as there is no way to verify the original amount once it has been given.

Refund requests beyond 30 days cannot be guaranteed, as funds are used to sustain and operate the business.
